My wife begged me to go on a cruise with her, I did it to make her happy but I hated it. I know that sounds bad and I didnt tell her but I was very uncomfortable. The best part about the cruise was being on the balcony with her and the view of the ocean, it was just us. but the rooms are so small so its like they encourage you to go out and do things on the ship.

Its weird since i have kids and i spend time with them but sometimes I get very aggravated with the noise and I need to go somewhere quiet. I thought maybe I dont have any patience but I dont think thats what it is. Im in IT so my job is to deal with problems all day. I no issues there, people say im very patient and I am, at work. At home I prefer things to be quiet, although I know thats not realistic. Its just weird and confusing, my wife doesn’t understand me, and how could she? I dont understand me have the time. Wish someone was here now, but I would want them here too long. Its really weird that Im like this. Im trying to be more of a Family guy, you know, go out on family vacations and stuff. I just have no desire to do so, but I think I should.

If you’re an introvert, learn to love it, embrace it, because you’re more amazing then people let on.

I hate to stay on the crowd places, it annoys me when someone talks about theirself but i act like i care, sometimes I don’t feel like talking to someone sometimes, although I love to be alone, but why is so sad to be alone? I always thought the real meaning of life every night. I don’t know how i feel anymore. 🙁

How are those extroverts making allowances for us? I think we make enough allowances, especially when society brainwashes us into thinking that only one personality type is ‘right’.

And for those with kids who can’t get alone time, well that is one of the BIG reasons (along with noise, chaos, cost, etc) that I am child-free and plan to remain that way. A life with no quiet and no alone time would be worse than anything else to me.
