Author: Kyra Evans

I’m an author, speaker, and certified mindfulness instructor. I teach individuals and corporate groups how to transition out of overwhelm, release self-criticism, optimize communication, and remain grounded during periods of uncertainty. In June 2021, I released my first book and I’m currently seeking representation for my second. I live in a cabin in the woods of Muskoka, Canada with my daughter, husband, and our German Shepherd. Follow me on Instagram for a steady stream of insight into real life.
