While I prefer slow and steady, I’m usually dealing with fast and furious and seem to handle it pretty well. My biggest issue is the thing about money and status. Sorry, but I really like them both! But that doesn’t make me any less an introvert.

I wonder though if introverts can tap into their “flow” more easily than some extroverts since we are naturally attuned to our inner voice. I know at work in a noisy office I can get back into my groove (and my own head) and tune things out faster than my extrovert coworkers. I disengage more quickly than they can while they feel they have to be involved in all the conversations and action.
One coworker–an ENTP–has requested a move to a quieter area because he gets distracted so easily. No problem for me, I (an INFJ) just IGNORE and stay in my flow. 🙂
