Suddenly realizing I’m not JUST an introvert. I don’t think my occasional anxiety rises to the level of a disorder, but knowing that my introversion might be negatively augmented by anxiety, sometimes, is useful. I’ll have to keep an eye on that.

How interesting. I used to think I was a great big ball of anxiety. But I found out that I don’t feel particularly anxious or fearful about the 5 things listed here…i would just prefer not to do these things. But this article contrasting the temperament and anxiety disorder is enlightening. Thanks!

Great article. It was interesting to kind of try to break down how much of my behavior is due to introversion and how much is anxiety. (There’s definitely both!)
