This is my story really. Minus that I married an introvert myself and didn’t need much convincing. Still it’s hard though. I think women have different perspective in being together. Or it may just be me and my wife.

I’m 63, and have discovered as an HS and an introvert, I’ve become more sensitive and introverted as I’ve aged. It’s a bit unsettling at times, and even confusing. Any suggestions as in reading material and how to communicate this to others, family, friends, but esp a potential boyfriend, which is a whole other subject. I find dating VERY difficult and frustrating, not only as a senior but also attempting to find the “right” person is virtually impossible.

As an extrovert with a very introverted spouse, it has taken me YEARS to understand this concept, and many books and discussions. Maybe just print the article and carry it in your pocket for everyone you have a relationship with.
