Writing is very therapeutic it lets us get those looping thoughts out of our head onto paper where we can see just how irrational we are being. The greatest skill is for us to write from the other persons perspective – that is the true road to healing.

I come up with a strong need of writing down what I’m thinking all the time now. It helps me understand and express my thoughts on a higher level. It’s such a shame that my head is not a notebook so that I can remember most of the ispirational ideas that pop into my mind and keep them so that I can read them later without forgetting them in the meantime, which is something that happens way too often…
This article really helped me understand why I actually need to write my deepest thoughts so much and how I can benefit from it.
Thank you so much for all of this! This site is so inspiring and useful to me! Keep going! 🙂
